Experience a full day at a race, from the team’s morning preparations to the podium celebrations. Watch the race live from the roadside, and drive on the course in an official Team Visma | Lease A Bike vehicle. Hosted by a former professional rider from the team, and with opportunities to meet support staff and riders, you’ll have a unique insight into what goes on at one of the world’s best teams.

Itinerary
FRIDAY 20TH MARCH – arrival day (MILAN HOTEL PACKAGE)
- Travel to the hotel
Please make your way to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Milan Linate this afternoon for a 15:00 check in, to allow time to visit the team hotel this afternoon.
- Optional Airport Transfer
If you plan to fly to Milan, then we offer optional airport transfers from Milan Malpensa Airport or Milan Linate Airport. Airport transfers are available at extra cost and are on request by contacting our team via hello@sportivebreaks.com
- Team hotel visit
Your hosts will drive to the team hotel this evening for a guided tour. We will then return to our hotel for an evening meal together. Your host will run you through what to expect from race day tomorrow.
Saturday 21ST MARCH – RACE DAY
If you don’t book Friday night at our hotel, please plan to meet us at 08:00 this morning (exact time to be confirmed)
We will have breakfast and check out of the hotel, then your race day experience starts. You will spend the day as a guest of the team in an official TVL minibus, hosted by a former professional racer.
We make our way to the start area, where we will visit the team bus and meet the riders as they prepare for the day ahead. We can also visit the Start Village and the team paddock, to check out the competition, before setting off for the day.
You will spend the day with us in an official black and yellow TVL minibus equipped with food, drinks and interior TV screens so we can watch the stage live during the day*. You will drive on the course of the stage on closed roads and be a proper part of the support team. You will experience the race at various locations, and you may even be lucky enough to watch your host handing out bottles or spare wheels.
During the day we will also have lunch, either in the vehicle or while we watch from the roadside.
We will head to the finish area to catch the finale of the race live from the hospitality area, overlooking the finishing straight**. Hopefully we can join in with the team celebrations. After the race comes to a close your hosts will take you the short distance to the hotel, and we will enjoy a meal together at a local restaurant.
If you don’t book Saturday night at our hotel in Nice, please arrange your own travel plans for after the race finish in Sanremo.
*Please note that reception may be affected in certain regions which may affect transmission quality throughout the day.
**Please note that the race finish may not always be seen live due to how the race has developed and road closures.
Sunday 22ND MARCH – departure DAY (NICE HOTEL PACKAGE)
Breakfast is provided at the hotel this morning, before checking out. We are staying within walking distance of Nice Airport, so you can easily make your own onward travel plans. Should you require a transfer to another airport or location, this is available at an additional cost and can be requested by contacting Sportive Breaks – hello@sportivebreaks.com

Age Limit: No children under 12 years old. For children between 12 and 16, please be aware that the experience is a long, all day experience with a lot of travelling. Please make sure they are aware of this before booking.

4* Crowne Plaza Milan – Linate hotel is 15 minutes drive from Milan Linate Airport. The hotel is located between central Milan and Pavia, where the race regularly starts. Evening meal and breakfast are both served at the hotel, before you depart for your Milan Sanremo experience. The hotel has a fitness centre with treadmill, stationary bicycles & free weights.
RADISSON HOTEL NICE AIRPORT
4* Radisson Hotel is conveniently located by Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. The hotel is just over 1 hour drive from Sanremo. Evening meal and breakfast will be served at the hotel following your race experience. There are easy transport links into central Nice if you are looking to extend your stay.
